shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

 please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed.  No order will be shipped before then! Orders are delivered to you by the united states postal carrier within 5-7 business days.  for wig orders, please allow 14-21 business days for construction and/or customization.  on hand wigs that are not customized and sold as is will be processed in 3-5 business days. Wigs will be delivered by postal carrier within 5-7 business days.    

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Orders shipped with overnight shipping are processed and shipped within 1 business day. If the order is placed before 9 am EST, the order will ship the same day and arrive the following business day. If the order is placed after 9 am EST, the order will ship the next business day and arrive 2 business days after your order is placed. Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.  Also please remember due to Covid-19, express shipping may be interrupted/delayed.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping is based off of total weight and distance delivered.  Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart after your order has been totaled.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO and DPO locations.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes when using standard shipping. If you are using express or signature required shipping, you must enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery. All PO BOX addresses ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

How will my order ship?

Your order will ship via USPS.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-72 hours of your order being processed.

My tracking number says delivered, but I haven't received my package.  What's the next step?

We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.

You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for FedEx is 1-800-Go-FedEx. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.

Once the package is shipped and you receive a tracking number, we are no longer responsible. however if yu have any questions, please contact us for assistance.
