What type of payments do you accept for online purchases?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).  we also accept paypal as a form of payment.

Do you offer military, student, or stylist discounts?

No, we do not offer discounts to select groups at this time.  Join our email list and become a part of our empire for updates on upcoming promotions and offers.

I placed an order and did not use my discount code.  Can the code be applied after my order has been placed?

No.  Once order has been placed, any discount codes can not be applied.  

               

                 Return Policy

What if I need to return an item?

Currently, due to COVID-19 restrictions as well as efforts to protect our customers and staff, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.  We trust you will be satisfied with your Noble Glam Hair purchase.

I ordered online but want to cancel.  How can I do that?

We are truly sorry.  Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to carefully look over their order before submitting.

 

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds.  Hair may not be returned to our facility.  It is a health hazard and we want to ensure the safety of all of our customers and staff.

Can I make changes to my order?
